He leads a team of experts in the sec­tors that Stir­ling Infra­struc­ture cov­ers, which includes infra­struc­ture, ener­gy, real estate, tech­nol­o­gy, and asset financing.

Michael has estab­lished rela­tion­ships with gov­ern­ment enti­ties, think tanks, and investor insti­tutes in the sec­tors in which the firm offers pro­fes­sion­al ser­vices. He has worked for the Milken Insti­tute and the Insti­tute of Direc­tors. Michael has spo­ken on the financ­ing of ener­gy and infra­struc­ture projects at inter­na­tion­al investor forums includ­ing the Co-invest­ment Round­table of Sov­er­eign and Pen­sion Funds (CROSAPF), WSJ CEO Coun­cil, Gastech, S&P Platts and the World Knowl­edge Forum.

Michael is also a qual­i­fied lawyer and has pre­vi­ous­ly worked at a lead­ing City of Lon­don law firm, a ‘Big Four’ account­ing firm, and at a pri­vate equi­ty firm.
