Adam Emrani (Senior Associate Consultant)
Adam has placed more than $2 billion of equity and debt financing for infrastructure and real estate property types and executed several hundred million dollars of loan and real asset sales for financial institutions. Prior to his current role, he opened and co-headed the Los Angeles office for the Carlton Group, and was a Vice President at George Smith Partners. Adam holds joint JD and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California and a B.Sc. in Psychobiology from the University of California Los Angeles.
David Toljanich (Senior Associate Consultant)
David joined Stirling Infrastructure Partners in 2012 and is responsible for managing teams of sector specialist economists and researchers covering the transport and energy subsectors with a focus on real assets within the North American and UK markets. David has a background of operations and management in the infrastructure sector, with over eight years’ experience working in numerous operational roles at several major Canadian port facilities. David is a graduate in finance from Simon Fraser University, Canada
Kenneth Lum (Senior Associate Consultant)
Kenneth has worked in the marine and offshore sector in both Singapore and Aberdeen as a sales engineer and shipbroker intern. Kenneth is responsible for the indirect investment segment of the infrastructure projects; he has developed an extensive understanding of the investment process of indirect infrastructure investments from the point of view of pension funds. Kenneth received a B.Sc. in Economic from University of Queensland and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics.
Ashar Raza (Senior Associate Consultant)
Ashar has been involved in a number of energy-focused projects at Stirling Infrastructure Partners, including the preparation of a white paper on Off-Shore Transmission Ownership and a feasibility report on Critical Stream Solar Energy. Before working at Stirling Infrastructure Partners, Ashar interned at BNP Paribas within infrastructure investment banking where he worked on one of the largest deals in UK’s rail infrastructure. Ashar has an M.A. from London Business School and a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Kent, UK. He speaks fluent English, Urdu and Hindi and basic Arabic.
Jialin Liu (Associate Consultant)
Jialin has gained experience in the investment banking sector in both Hong Kong and Mainland China, where he built experience in conducting due diligence, financial modelling and economic research. He has developed expertise in financial services, technology and infrastructure industries. Jialin received an M.Sc. in Finance and Private Equity from London School of Economics; previously he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Michigan. Jialin speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Chang Li (Associate Consultant)
Chang has experience working in a variety of sectors, including fund management, investment banking and equity research. He has developed skills in financial modelling, due-diligence and market research in the infrastructure and finance sectors. Chang received his M.A. in Management degree from London Business School; prior to this he obtained a B.A. in Economics from Peking University, majoring in Finance. Chang speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
