Rahul Ramakrishna (Senior Associate Consultant)

Rahul worked in M&A transaction services, Capital Markets and worked on IPO’s at the investment at Royal Bank of Scotland.  He later joined a corporate finance merchant bank in which he was Head of Transactions and Execution Services.  He has worked on infrastructure sector advising on Renewable Energy, Telecoms and Real Estate investments.  He has also advised Blue Chip companies on raising equity and debt and has advised on the financial structure of transactions.  Rahul is an experienced investment professional in advising institutional investors and has a degree in Engineer and has also obtained his Master’s in Strategy and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Christian Weber (Senior Associate Consultant)

Christian joined the Corporate Finance team in 2016 as Senior Associate.  He has conducted extensive research and due diligence on European infrastructure M&A deals and built models and information memorandums on infrastructure deals for funds and institutional investors.  Previously, he worked for five years at Santander Investment Banking in the Corporate Finance team based in Chile and Spain where he participated in a significant number of independent valuation processes, domestic and international M&A transactions and refinancing activities.  Christian holds a professional degree with honours in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica and an MBA from London Business School.

Asia Chabelska (Senior Associate Consultant)

Asia has six years of experience in the finance industry, working at institutions including Goldman Sachs and Standard & Poor’s, where she advised a variety of financial institutions and built experience in financial modelling, investment analysis and credit ratings.  Asia obtained her M.Sc. in Finance at the London School of Economics; prior to this she obtained Bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Business with Eastern European Studies from University College London and International Relations with Economics from the University of Westminster.

Neil Rollnick (Senior Associate Consultant)

Neil is a chartered structural engineer with 20 years of industry experience; he has overseen the design and construction of many small and large scale projects.  Having held senior positions at both Arup and BDP, he has extensive knowledge of the design and construction process.  He has particular experience in the infrastructure sector including overseeing design and build for both Network Rail and London Underground Limited on a variety of different new build and refurbishment schemes.  Neil graduated from Imperial College London in 1996 with a Masters in Civil Engineering. 

Athina Panayiotou (Senior Associate Consultant)

Athina advises institutional investors in making allocations into the infrastructure sector. She advises on portfolio optimisation and has analysed the financial characteristics of investing in different infrastructure sectors and how best to construct a portfolio of infrastructure investments.  She has also evaluated the benefits and risks of investing into listed or unlisted infrastructure assets.  Athina is in a phase in completing her PhD in infrastructure finance from University College London.  She holds an MSc in Management and Regulation of Risk from London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) and a BSc in Economics from University of Bristol.

Eva Lin (Associate Consultant)

Eva is a Certified Public Accountant, consultant and finance professional.  Eva is a collaborative leader, supportive team player and strategic project manager.  She has worked with numerous startups in Silicon Valley and Fortune 500 companies across the US and Asia.  She has developed expertise and impactful relationships in the TMT, consumer retail and financial services industries.  At Stirling Infrastructure Partners, Eva has built a credit rating model that helps investors to assess investment opportunities and make sound judgements.  Eva obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and her Masters in Finance degree from London Business School.

Mark Krams (Associate Consultant)

Mark has gained experience in infrastructure investment banking focusing on European ports.  Before his Masters studies he worked for KPMG in Latvia, mainly involved in the high profile liquidation of Latvijas Krajbanka in the portfolio sales team.  He has experience in infrastructure feasibility assessment and financial modelling.  Mark graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management in 2014 with an M.Sc. in Finance and Investments; previously he completed his Bachelor studies in International Business Administration and graduated from high school in Ottawa, Canada.  He speaks fluent English, French, and Latvian. 

Sravan Menta (Associate Consultant)

Sravan has six years of banking experience and has covered diverse industries including consumer, energy, and technology as a coverage banker and sales trader.  Sravan’s transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, private placement, leveraged finance, off-balance sheet financing and lease financing.  Sravan has in-depth exposure to upstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry and can advise on the economics of oil, natural gas, and shale.  Sravan led the origination efforts for identifying attractive shipping ports and terminals for investment by leading pension funds at Stirling Infrastructure Partners.  Sravan is an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode and London Business School.

Rajul Alam (Technology Officer)

Rajul has been key in implementing I.T systems upgrades for a variety of firms, developing systems security and increasing efficiency with the target of allowing firms to better manage their resources.  In this role he has developed analytical skills allowing him to understand and identify potential for systems improvement.  He has past experience working with Microsoft Research, Orange and Qualcomm.  Rajul graduated with an M.Sc. in Information Management for Business from University College London, where he received the Eliah Dangoor Scholarship for academic excellence.
