Partners & Associates

Rahul Ramakr­ish­na (Senior Asso­ciate Con­sul­tant) 

Rahul worked in M&A trans­ac­tion ser­vices and Cap­i­tal Mar­kets at the Roy­al Bank of Scot­land. He lat­er joined a mer­chant bank in which he was Head of Trans­ac­tions and Exe­cu­tion Ser­vices. He has worked in the infra­struc­ture sec­tor advis­ing on Renew­able Ener­gy, Tele­coms and Real Estate invest­ments. He has also advised Blue Chip com­pa­nies on rais­ing equi­ty and debt and has advised on the finan­cial struc­ture of trans­ac­tions. Rahul has a degree in Engi­neer­ing as well as a Master’s in Strat­e­gy and Eco­nom­ics from the Lon­don School of Economics.

Athi­na Panayiotou (Senior Asso­ciate Con­sul­tant) 

Athi­na advis­es insti­tu­tion­al investors in mak­ing allo­ca­tions into the infra­struc­ture sec­tor. She advis­es on port­fo­lio opti­mi­sa­tion and has analysed the finan­cial char­ac­ter­is­tics of invest­ing in dif­fer­ent infra­struc­ture sec­tors and how best to con­struct a port­fo­lio of infra­struc­ture invest­ments. Athi­na has a PhD in Infra­struc­ture Finance from Uni­ver­si­ty Col­lege Lon­don. She also holds an MSc in Man­age­ment and Reg­u­la­tion of Risk from Lon­don School of Eco­nom­ics and Polit­i­cal Sci­ences (LSE) and a BSc in Eco­nom­ics from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Bristol.

Xi Yin (Senior Asso­ciate Con­sul­tant) 

Xi has worked, and has aca­d­e­m­ic expe­ri­ence in Asia, North Amer­i­ca, and Europe. This knowl­edge enables her to pro­vide excel­lent local insight into the oppor­tu­ni­ties and chal­lenges in the ener­gy mar­ket. Xi has expe­ri­ence in the analy­sis of the ener­gy mar­kets and also in the financ­ing of large infra­struc­ture projects. Xi’s respon­si­bil­i­ties include eval­u­at­ing risks and analysing poten­tial returns on invest­ments. Xi holds an MSc. in Finance from Impe­r­i­al Col­lege Lon­don, and com­plet­ed a BSc (Hon­ours) Spe­cial­ist pro­gram in Applied Math­e­mat­ics, grad­u­at­ing with Dis­tinc­tion. She is flu­ent in Eng­lish and Mandarin.

Tiange Wei (Senior Asso­ciate Con­sul­tant) 

Tiange man­ages a team that has respon­si­bil­i­ties for mon­i­tor­ing and analysing the glob­al infra­struc­ture mar­ket. Dur­ing her time at Stir­ling Infra­struc­ture Part­ners, she has con­duct­ed a Strate­gic M&A Review for a FTSE 100 com­pa­ny. In addi­tion, Tiange is part of the core team for sev­er­al M&A advi­so­ry trans­ac­tions in the ener­gy and infra­struc­ture sec­tor includ­ing Renew­able Ener­gy and 5G infra­struc­ture. Pri­or to this, she worked at RBC Cap­i­tal Mar­kets with­in Nat­ur­al Resources invest­ment bank­ing. Tiange has a Mas­ter of Sci­ence in Cli­mate Change, Man­age­ment and Finance from Impe­r­i­al Col­lege Lon­don and also holds a Mas­ter of Engi­neer­ing. Tiange speaks flu­ent Man­darin and Eng­lish; she is also pro­fi­cient in French.

Asia Cha­bel­s­ka (Senior Asso­ciate Con­sul­tant) 

Asia has over twelve years of expe­ri­ence in the finance indus­try, work­ing at insti­tu­tions includ­ing Gold­man Sachs and Stan­dard & Poor’s. She advised a vari­ety of finan­cial insti­tu­tions and built exper­tise in finan­cial mod­el­ling, invest­ment analy­sis, and cred­it rat­ings. Asia obtained her M.Sc. in Finance at the Lon­don School of Eco­nom­ics; pri­or to this, she obtained Bach­e­lor’s degrees in both Eco­nom­ics and Busi­ness with East­ern Euro­pean Stud­ies from Uni­ver­si­ty Col­lege Lon­don and Inter­na­tion­al Rela­tions with Eco­nom­ics from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Westminster.

Mark Krams (Asso­ciate Con­sul­tant) 

Mark is expe­ri­enced in infra­struc­ture invest­ment bank­ing with a focus on Euro­pean ports. Pri­or to join­ing Stir­ling Infra­struc­ture, he worked at KPMG — main­ly involved in the high-pro­file liq­ui­da­tion and the port­fo­lio sales team. He has expe­ri­ence in infra­struc­ture fea­si­bil­i­ty assess­ment and finan­cial mod­el­ling. Mark grad­u­at­ed from the Rot­ter­dam School of Man­age­ment with an M.Sc. in Finance and Invest­ments; pre­vi­ous­ly, he com­plet­ed his Bach­e­lor stud­ies in Inter­na­tion­al Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion and grad­u­at­ed from high school in Ottawa, Cana­da. He speaks flu­ent Eng­lish, French, and Latvian.

Neil Roll­nick (Asso­ciate Con­sul­tant) 

Neil is a char­tered struc­tur­al engi­neer with 25 years of indus­try expe­ri­ence. He has over­seen the design and con­struc­tion of many high-val­ue projects and has held senior posi­tions at lead­ing con­sul­tan­cies includ­ing, Atkins, Arup and BDP. His exper­tise includes exten­sive knowl­edge of the design and con­struc­tion process. He has par­tic­u­lar expe­ri­ence in the infra­struc­ture sec­tor, includ­ing over­see­ing the design and build process­es for both Net­work Rail and Lon­don Under­ground Lim­it­ed on a vari­ety of dif­fer­ent new build and refur­bish­ment schemes. Neil grad­u­at­ed from Impe­r­i­al Col­lege Lon­don with a Mas­ter’s in Civ­il Engineering.
